This course will provide an overview of case management and its role in the field of human services. Through the use of case studies, you will assess client needs and determine the types of data necessary to ensure the ethical delivery of services. You will also practice essential interview skills and explore how to most effectively intervene, monitor progress, and terminate case management services with clients.
