Catalog description

In this course, you will learn the foundational concepts of research methods, including locating secondary data sources and analysis of data credibility, literature review, refining a research question, study design and selection, the necessity of Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval to protect human subjects, primary data collection needs, and how to synthesize research findings. You will learn to apply research methods to provide insights that assist with solving health problems.
