This course marks the culmination of the Health Information Management program, integrating the knowledge, skills, and competencies you have achieved throughout the program by completing an authentic experiential learning activity. You will engage in real-world simulations, case studies, and projects that align with current industry expectations and best practices. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking, leadership, and effective health and data management practices. Additionally, this course focuses on professional career readiness through activities such as interview preparation and job search strategies. You will complete targeted activities designed to prepare you for the Registered Health Information Administrators (RHIA) certification exam, which you will take during the course.
