Catalog description

This course addresses the key considerations of supervision and management of personnel and supervisees. You will examine how to assess and establish performance expectations and goals across organizations and systems, develop a plan for training personnel, and implement function-based strategies to enhance supervisee performance. In addition, you will engage in professional collaborative activities to evaluate team interactions and formulate an effective treatment plan grounded in performance management strategies.
