Catalog description

This course examines the motivation and attitudes within the workplace environment through the study of applicable theory. Through the assessment of personality and emotional intelligence, you will evaluate employee behavior. You will develop a plan based on empirical research to improve employee satisfaction and work-life quality while integrating multigenerational and diverse teams. Ethical, legal, individual, and other dimensions will be evaluated to improve employee commitment, attitudes, and motivation.
