Catalog description

This course explores influential management and organizational behavior theories and their application in real-world organizational contexts. You will analyze organizational foundations, evaluate ethical, legal, and sociocultural implications of decision-making and influence processes, and develop applied strategies for organizational communication and conflict management. Emphasis is placed on designing leadership development programs, conducting needs analyses, and applying consulting approaches to workforce challenges. The course also examines how organizational culture and structure shape performance and adaptability, and concludes with a forward-looking focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational change across diverse organizational settings.
