In this course, you will explore how teams are formed and function in complex, dynamic, and multicultural environments. You will learn about the psychological, sociological, and organizational theories that govern team dynamics, leadership, and team member behaviors, communication patterns, and decision-making within organizations. You will also evaluate ways to resolve communication challenges, reduce intragroup and intergroup conflict, and improve collaboration across organizational teams.
