Catalog description

This course provides a survey of the family law system in the U.S. including an examination of statutes, case law that impact marriage, separation, divorce, and child custody. This course provides you with the opportunity to apply these concepts to fact patterns that critically evaluate legal issues. This course will also assess professional ethics and the future of family law practice.
