Catalog description

This course focuses on the fundamentals of organizational communication. You will learn the foundational theories of organizational communication and apply them to different scenarios and contexts. You will study the major components of organizational communication, including power, culture, leadership, conflict management, teamwork, and ethics. You will gain knowledge of organizational communication, providing you with a new perspective on organizations. This perspective will be strengthened as you apply what you have learned to professional situations. Finally, you will develop critical thinking skills to improve and manage communication within organizations.
