You will examine the consumer decision process, a process foundational to the study of consumer behavior. You will consider external influences, including the significance of word-of mouth marketing and the role of opinion leaders as related to consumer purchase decisions. Additionally, you will study how internal influences, such as perception, learning, memory, motives, personality, emotions, and attitudes, combine with external influences to define a consumer's self-concept and lifestyle.
