Catalog description

This course explores how creativity, innovation, and intrapreneurship drive transformative change in educational systems. You will examine how educational leaders and intrapreneurs identify opportunities, overcome barriers, and support sustainable innovation within educational organizations. You will investigate scholarly and practitioner literature related to an innovation-focused problem of practice. You will also begin developing methodological awareness by examining qualitative and quantitative approaches used in existing studies. Emphasis is placed on synthesizing leadership strategies, system conditions, theoretical frameworks, research gaps, and evidence-based solutions that support future applied research development. This course will be graded pass/fail.
