This course examines the ethical dimensions of educational leadership and the development of accountability systems that respect diverse stakeholder perspectives. You will analyze how policies, practices, and leadership decisions create ethical implications across various educational contexts, with particular attention to impacts on underrepresented and marginalized populations. Through critical case studies and ethical frameworks, you will identify complex ethical dilemmas facing different stakeholder groups.
