Catalog description

You will explore the historical evolution of methods and techniques used to evaluate the effectiveness and monitor the performance of public programs. Emphasis will be placed on key concepts, methodologies, research, and theoretical frameworks central to program evaluation. The knowledge and skills gained will equip practitioners to design and carry out high-quality, ethical, and impactful evaluations and needs assessments for both new and existing public programs.
