Catalog description

P: Two semesters of calculus with grades of C- or better: e.g. MA 16500/16600, MA 22700/22800 or MA 22900/23000. Descriptive statistics; elementary probability; sampling distributions; inference, testing hypotheses, and estimation; normal, binomial, Poisson, hypergeometric distributions; one-way analysis of variance; contingency tables; regression.
