Catalog description
P: OLS 51500 with grade of C- or better, and a Research Skills Course - COM 58200, EDU 50301, or OLS 53010 with grade of C- or better. An examination of all aspects of the staffing process beginning with workforce planning and applicant recruitment and ending with termination and outplacement. Recruitment and selection methods used by organizations are evaluated using scientific and ethical criteria, and discrepancies between research recommendations and practice are explored.
