A varying topics course exploring aspects of music therapy practice with infants, children, and adolescents in healthcare and educational settings. The course will develop advanced practice skills in music therapy practice, focusing on topics such as music therapy care in NICU and PICU settings, in- and out-patient, and home health care music therapy with medically fragile children, trauma-informed music therapy care in pediatric medical and mental health settings, developmentally-focused music therapy for children, and music therapy in special education. May be repeated for credit.
