Catalog description
P: MUSC 29800, or departmental approval. A combined didactic and clinical course that explores the affordances and challenges of the four music therapy methods and choices for designing and implementing them, and pairs that with hands-on clinical training. Includes application of professional literature to practice, self-experiences of the methods in the classroom setting, and 8-12 weekly hours of practicum experience with direct supervision by an MT-BC. May be repeated for credit.
