Catalog description
P: MET 18000 or MATR 18000 with grade of C- or better; and CHM 11100 or 11500 with grade of C- or better. Applications and characteristics of engineering materials used in industry with special emphasis on plastics and other nonferrous materials such as elastomers, composites, ceramics, and glass, including a survey of the processes involved. Also, metallurgy, failure analysis, corrosion resistance, and surface treatments of metallic and nonmetallic materials.
