P: ITC-11000. This course covers the planning of incident response and various aspects of incidents handling. It introduces the methods of creating an information security incident plan. Topics include how to identify the attacks and incident, contain the damage of incident, and recover from incident to normal operation. It also addresses the development of disaster recovery and business continuity policies and procedures.
