Catalog description
P: HSRV 20100 and 25100. The focus of non-profit human services agencies is to serve clients as well as to function as a business. This course will provide information on managing non-profit agencies. Topics will include: working with a board of directors, budget, engagement with stakeholders, information dissemination, fundraising, grant writing, logic models, ethics, human resource and legal issues, marketing, strategic planning and program evaluation.
