This course examines the multifaceted role of the school principal as an instructional leader, organizational manager, and strategic partner. Candidates explore the daily and strategic responsibilities of effective building-level leadership, including fostering a shared vision, developing professional capacity, ensuring organizational coherence, and sustaining continuous school improvement. Emphasis is placed on ethical practice, evidence-based decision-making, and leadership that promotes fairness, collaboration, and student success.
