P: BUS 30100 with grade of C- or better, and junior or senior class standing. This course helps students understand the framework for valuation of real assets and a business. Key topics include advanced capital budgeting topics, capital structure, cost of capital, valuation methods, and option pricing models. It builds analytical skills required for finance professionals to make effective investment and financing decisions through case-based financial modeling.
