P: BUS 10001, BUS 20101 (or equivalent), BUS 20401, and ECON 27000 (or equivalent) with grades of C- or better, and sophomore or higher class standing. An introduction to the principles of production and operations management that provides an integrated overview of the role of the operations function in gaining competitive advantage in a global environment. Topics include demand forecasting, product design, process materials management, planning and control, scheduling, and project management.
