Catalog description

This course presents the basic knowledge about political structure and the organization of the governmental system with emphasis on those organisms that are responsible for the implantation, observance, and interpretation of the constitution, law, and byla ws related to health of the country. It also, includes the importance of the law as a tool in the development and implantation of a health program, be it preventive or for the solution of health problems. The course brings to the attention of the student t he world health problems, their legal aspects and how the law can help in their solution.
