Catalog description

Pre-requisite: SAAN 4026. This course familiarizes the student with basic concepts of Radiological Sciences. The discovery of X -Rays, their production, use and management will be discussed. They will learn applied terminology, and how the radiological image becomes visible. The stu dent will learn radiographic techniques and correct positioning. The student will apply this knowledge in real situations provided practical laboratory experiences utilizing different animals.
