Catalog description

Pre-requisites: SAAN 4026, SAAN 4027, SAAN 4059. This course familiarizes the student with the most common infectious diseases in canines, felines, equines, porcine, bovine, poultry, and laboratory animals. The principal characteristics of the diseases such as etiological agent, clinical signs, control, and prevention methods of the disease will be discussed. This will be accomplished by lectures, clinical cases discussion and group discussions.
