Pre - requisites: BIOE 6525, SAAM 6528, SAAM 6531 or SAAM 6534. The course will discuss statistical sampling designs for environmental pollutions and a wide variety of statistical procedures for analyzing environmental data including methods for handling correlated data for detecting hot spots, for estimating confidence intervals for quantiles, and the methods of time series analysis.
