The course will provide for the study of the etiology, incidence, diagnosis, and habilitation of speech and language disorders secondary to brain damage in children. Materials and methods for evaluation and treatment of these difficulties are discussed. PHAL 6524 - Dyslexia and Dysgraphia in the Child. One (1) credit. The course will provide for the different etiologies and symptoms of visual -language impairment. Also diagnosis and management of patients with disorders of reading and writing.
