Seminar in Public Health Nutrition

Catalog description

This course is offered to students participating in the Nutrition Program. It is opened to doctors, nutritionists, dentists, and students who have knowledge in Biology, Physiology, and Chemistry. Specific problems related to nutrition in Public Health. Emp hasis is given to existing knowledge that will contribute to the solution of such problems. The participation of the nutritionist in the solution of such problems is discussed. The students are expected to get involved in library research, and be ready for the discussion analysis and presentation of a nutritional problem in Public Health. No pre-requisite.
