This intensive course is designated for PhD and MSc students of the Graduated Program of Microbiology who are interested in developing practical skills in basic techniques for handling and characterization of genes, expression and purification of protein a ntigens as well as in the development and optimization of immunoenzymatic assays useful for serodiagnosis of infectious diseases. Grading System: Passed (P), Not Passed (NP)
