Seminar in Endocrinology

Catalog description

Pre-requisites: FISA 8105, FISA 8215. This course offers recent information regarding Endocrinology above and beyond what is available in the basic Endocrinology textbooks. New advances in Endocrinology will be discussed in detail, depending on the students enrolled in the course. Students will pick topics of interest to them, research the topic in detail and present a seminar, or a group discussion of information contained in the collection of papers. All students will be required to read background information about each seminar topic in adva nce of the seminar. Students will normally discuss methodologies, which integrate basic concepts, theories and research strategies.
