Development of Advanced Interventions in Health Communications

Catalog description

Pre- requisites: FARM 7106. In this course the student will have the opportunity to develop and apply concepts of health communication with emphasis on pharmaceutical care. The student will develop and implement a communication plan to address a health problem or an issue related to the safe and effective use of medications. Course instructional activities will provide the students the opportunity to examine their oral/written communication skills and develop a plan that addresses aspects to improve.
