Pre-requisite: FAFI 6321. Application of momentum, heat and mass transfer principles in the design of separation processes. An introduction to the theory and applications of particulate solids. The emphasis will be on the applications in the pharmaceutical industry. In this course lecture, student oral presentation and internet search will be used among other instructional strategy.
