Catalog description
In this, course students analyze the complex interrelationships and interdependence of pathophysiological concepts that produce alterations in the human functioning across the life spam. This will serve as a primary component of the foundation for clinical assessment, decision -making, and management or advanced nursing practice. Content includes the cell, genetics, cancer, and pathophysiology of the following systems: Neurologic, Endocrine, Reproductive, Hematologic, Cardiovascular and Lymphatic, Pulmonary, Renal, Digestive, Muscular, as well as Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome. This course may be offered in face to face, hybrid, distance learning or online modality.
