Pre-requisites: none This course is part of an essential sequential trilogy in the discipline of radiological sciences. The design offers the student the opportunity to learn, practiced, and employ a set of radiographic techniques and body positioning of the upper and lower ex tremities. Likewise, applicable to positions of the shoulder and pelvic girdle of the human body. The course consists of two phases: a theoretical -conceptual one and another to apply the skills and techniques. Anatomical position, planes, lines and points of reference in relation to the body and medical order are some of the topics to be studied. The course is offered through lectures, demonstrations, simulations, and other strategies. The student is expected to demonstrate the competencies required to apply the techniques and perform the positions and projections necessary to perform diagnostic quality X-rays. This course will be offered in the face-to-face modality.
