Catalog description

Pre - requisite: CIOM 9731. Theoretical and hands -on course for the Senior residents in which the technical details, indications, contraindications, and complications related to Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Maxillofacial Region are taught. The following topics will be covered: Cosmetic Anatomy, Facial Implantology, Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty, Mentoplasty, Cheiloplasty, Rytidectomies, Collagen Injections and other Materials. The resident will be involved in the treatment of more complicated cases and a higher degree of proficiency will be expected in the treatment of the patients.
