Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students with a theoretical and practical knowledge of informatics in the laboratory. The course focuses in three areas; applications of informatics, databases and appropriate use of technology. The knowledge and skills a cquired during this course will allow the laboratory professionals to maximize production, research and management in the laboratory. Laboratory sessions are included to complement the theory learned during the lectures.
