Investigations in Nucleic Acid Biochemistry I

Catalog description

This course will involve training in how to design, conduct, and analyze independent research in Nucleic Acid Biochemistry. For this course the student will clone and sequence a gene or CDNA of interest. These studies will be expected to answer new questio ns and to generate novel data, as opposed to reproducing experiments that have been performed before.
