Investigations in Enzyme Biochemistry II

Catalog description

This course will involve training in how to design, conduct, and analyze independent research in Enzyme Biochemistry. For this course the student will use various screening procedures, enzyme assays, and kinetic studies to identify potential ligands and in hibitors of an enzyme. These studies will be expected to answer new questions and to generate novel data, as opposed to reproducing experiments that have been performed before.
