Catalog description

Emphasis is given to the symptomatology, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of oral diseases. At the end of the course the student will be able to carry out the necessary steps to control contamination and to prevent the spread of disease through the Dental Office and will be able to recognize deviations from the normal and abnormalities of the oral cavity. The course includes basic principles of therapeutics, drug actions as they relate to dentistry.
