This course provides the student with basic concepts related to the management and supervision of human resources in the Health Information Management (HIM) department within a healthcare organization. The methodology of oral and written reports, problem s olving and case discussions in HIM is used for the integration of knowledge, skills and attitudes related with the effective management of human resources in the HIM department. This is a Web Enhanced course.
