Catalog description

Analysis of criminal acts from the perspective of the victim or survivor, their role in the Criminal Justice System and the process of victimization. It is expected to link students with the essential aspects of victimization and revictimization. Analysis of criminal acts from the perspective of victims of violent crimes. Femicides, gender violence, attempted murders, and murders will be among the cases studied. Each crime and the affected party are the object of study that allows one to identify the types of victims according to existing theoretical models.
