384 Undergraduate Catalogue 2026-2027 Analysis of communication theories and research in order to develop group communication skills in a professional setting. Planning, implementation and evaluation of group communication using oral, written, and visual forms of communication. Development of communication skills that address workplace conflict, problem solving, and design of successful group communication strategies. Discussion of basic intercultural communication concepts. Analysis of non-verbal communication within a professional group.
