BASIC COURSE IN ENGLISH

per semester. Three hours of lecture per week, supplemented by work in the language laboratory, each semester. This course is designed to meet the student's immediate needs, and to give him or her a command of the fundamental structure of the English language. The oral approach is used. Skills in reading and writing are developed. Students will be grouped according to their ability to use the language, and arrangements will be made to give additional help to those students who show poor preparation in English.
