Discussion of the fundamendal concepts of object-oriented programming. Analysis, design, and development of object-oriented software. Study of object-oriented languages. ICOM 5026.COMPUTER NETWORKS. Three credit hours. Three hours of lecture per week. Study of computer communication including the OSI and Internet layering models and networking protocols at subnetwork, network, transport, and application layers. Analysis of media and standards applied to computer networks as well as the software, hardware, and terminology associated with data communications.
