One hour of lecture and one three-hour laboratory per week. Principles of flower arranging. The management of a flower shop, the handling of plants and flowers, preparation of wreaths, sprays, corsages, etc., floral arrangements for special occasions such as banquets, funeral celebrations, and other events. Visits to flower shop required.
