Co-requisite: GEOL 3047 (Only for Geology students). Introduction to the study of the earth. The structure, composition, and tectonics of the lithosphere; the interaction of the hydrosphere and atmosphere with the lithosphere, the earth in relation to the solar system. Field trips are required.
