Three hours of lecture and one three-hour laboratory per week. Introduction to modern physics for high schools teachers, including methodologies and techniques. Topics include special relativity, the photoelectric effect, blackbody radiation, the Compton effect, atomic spectra, Bohr’s atom, quantum mechanics, and nuclear physics.
