Catalog description
This course is designed for education professionals seeking to specialize in methodologies and assessments adapted to special education at the K-12 level, following the requirements and regulations of the Puerto Rico Department of Education. Through a combination of theory, practice, and case study analysis, participants will develop essential skills to design, implement, and evaluate inclusive educational strategies that meet the needs of all students, with a particular focus on those with special needs. It will include 15 hours of observation in a real classroom.
