Discussion of the factors that determine demand and supply in tourism, the costs and benefits of tourism projects, as well as the industrial interaction of airlines, cruises, lodging and other intermediary sectors. Study of aggregate measurement of tourism and the determinants that sustain the competitiveness of the destination such as the role of the government, exchange rate fluctuations, the importance of foreign direct investment and the protection of the environment, among others.
